It can be used for preventing the increase of bacteria and for the acidification of food.

We provide carbon dioxide (CO2), which is heavier than air and has a property of easily dissolving in moisture. Due to its tendency to dissolve in water and oil, it is mainly used in gas packaging applications mixed with nitrogen gas. When sealed with only carbon dioxide, there is a risk of flavor changes and packaging collapse, so caution is required.
